General 2D measuring functions

Set 2D plane (horizontal, vertical, sloped)
Orient laser to desired plane
Measure points, lines, arcs, circles, splines, polylines, rectangle
Measure lines, arcs, circles, planes using minimum number of points or with many points to create best-fit geometry
Measure level of horizontal plane
Measure plumb of vertical plane
Convert 2D measured spline into lines and arcs

Orient laser to 3D space
Establish an infinite number of 2D planes for the measure of 2D geometry onto those planes
Establish a plane parallel to an existing plane
Measure points*, lines*, splines, polylines in 3D space
*Points can be measured as an individual 3D point or as intersection of 3 planes
*Lines can be measured with 3D endpoints or as intersection of 2 planes
Measure level, plumb, and flatness of any plane
Position measure allows user to use a position on the screen as part of the measure process

Utilizes predefined settings to automatically design countertop during the measure process or from a set of geometry on the screen
Template of settings can be exported and imported
Settings include;
- Overhang
- Inside corner radius
- Outside corner radius
- Wall offset value for install clearance or for tile thickness
- Creation of standard splashes including height and oversize
- Automatic creation of build up strips
- Define walls as straight or scribed
- Automatic color coding of edges
- Automatic layering of edges
Automatic calculation of square footage of countertop
Automatic calculation of linear footage of profile edging
Dynamic editing of countertop design to change values
Automatic update of complete countertop design based on new settings
Adding seams
Dropping in sink, cooktop, or other dxf cutout

Establish a floor plan from measured geometry to designate walls
Use offset function to define true room size when measuring studs
Select wall to activate for adding layout features
Measure doors, windows, outlets, switches, plumbing as features of layout
Export intelligent drawing layout data of walls and features to cabinet design software systems including Cabinet Vision, Mozaik, 2020 Design, KCD, ProKitchen, CabMaster, AutoKitchen
